The leadership team

Lynn is an experienced customer, risk and human resources director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Wealth Wizards, she was a senior manager in Capita's financial service business.

Tony has significant experience of delivering proposition development, innovation, marketing strategy and corporate transactions within the financial services sector. Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and was a member of the founding executive team of Egg, the UK's first internet bank.

At heart, I’m a builder. I have a passion for delighting customers with amazing experiences driven by technology. A large proportion of what I have done with Financial Services and Healthcare and Life Sciences customers over my career has revolved around introducing various levels of automation, but doing it safely, securely and with engineering mastery. From solutions using huge datasets to train machine learning models to rules-based workflow engines that can achieve 90%+ straight-through processing of processes. I have been fortunate enough to work within and lead outstanding engineering teams on some truly world-class projects over the years at companies like Royal London, Amazon Web Services, Aviva, KPMG, BNY Mellon, Willis Towers Watson and City Index to name just a few. I have no doubt already that Wealth Wizards have the calibre of engineering talent to do something ground-breaking for financial advice, and I’m honoured to now be a part of that journey.
